The Athens Licensing Expo offers flexible and fully equipped exhibition spaces designed to meet the needs of licensors, licensees, brands, agents, and manufacturers.

Our floor plan is divided into different zones, allowing exhibitors to choose the location and size that best suits their business objectives.

Booth Sizes & Pricing

Yellow Zone – Special Offer

In the Yellow Zone, we offer a standard 2×2 sqm booth at a fixed price:

  • 2×2 sqm booth: €1,200 + VAT

This special price is exclusive to the Yellow Zone.

Other Zones – Flexible Sizes

In all other zones, exhibitors can choose from:

  • 3×2 m² and any custom size upon request

The price in these zones is calculated per square meter:

  • €280 per m² + VAT

Example:
A 3×2 m² booth = 6 m²

6m²x €280 = €1,680 + VAT

Free Space Option (Custom-Built Booths)

Exhibitors who wish to set up their own custom-designed booth, without using the standard exhibition equipment, may book free space only.

The cost for free space is: €150 per m² + VAT

This option is ideal for companies that want to build their stand exactly as they wish, using their own structures, branding, and furniture (we can introduce you to select local design / construction companies if requested)

Booking & Payment Terms

To secure a booth, exhibitors are required to:

  • Pay 40% of the total price as a deposit at the time of booking

  • Pay the remaining 60% no later than 10 days before the exhibition

Booth Allocation & Priority Policy

Booth selection is made in coordination with the event organizers and is subject to availability.

  • Allocation is based on first come, first servedprinciple on offered space

Exhibitors who book a booth at the Athens Licensing Expo automatically receive priority access to book a booth at future editions of the event and Licensi upcoming events in SEE/MENA

Contract & Documentation

Once a booth is reserved, exhibitors will receive all official exhibition documents for review and customize
